1. Response on name availability offered n a same day basis [within 15 minutes], after which a name reservation, if desired, will be drawn as a twenty-four [24] hour filing. 2. Incorporations formed on a same day/next day basis, Nationwide, without the normal delay for receipt of funds; complete corporate kit w/ metal seal and personalized minutes & by-laws, delivery within three [3] business days [NY/NJ $ 252.00]; and similar expedited service, of all corporate certificates, for all States and Canada.

3. LLC/LLP filings on a 24-hour basis, followed by cost savings legal publications and filing of affidavits of publication.
4. Independent Director status recognized by Citicorp, GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, Lehman Brothers, CFS Bank, NationsBank and other major lenders.

5. Same day service on record searches [within 30 minutes], Nationwide.

6. Franchise tax status obtained, with hard copy delivered to your office in five [5] days.

7. Certified and plain copies of all corporate documents, obtained and delivered, within one week, or less.

8. UCC filing, search and copy service in all States and Counties, Nationwide.
